What makes us different
An integrated and specialised method is the response to our clients complex and common challenges.
OM2A´s applicable methodology is focused on an integrated project solution from project inception to construction completion, whereby time frame, quality control and budget are key factors.
Integrated Solution | Methodology
Phase 1 (Plan) - setting out of the main project directives, the Masterplan.
Phase 2 (Define) - in collaboration with the client, the inception development of the project and appropriate preliminary engineering studies are defined, in addition it is established in this phase, the project schedule and budgets that will be strictly adhered.
At the end of Phase 2, a small portion of the total cost has been spent, however, after an agreed programme, the risks and tasks associated with the project will be considered and included in the final plan.

Phase 3 (Build) – in line with the preceding phase, OM2A will implement a detailed programme for the construction deliverables and the tasks required for a competitive development of the works.
Comparing with other methodologies, this method allows a significant reduction in the project time scale, in addition, a reduction in time and capital is also achieved in the initial phases described in this Method.
The final product will be characterised by an Industrial Project delivered at an earlier expected time scale and less initial capital investment.
1.Plan
Innovate & Specify

- Space planning and existing structures. Flow chart analysis;
- Setting up of plan and preliminary strategy aimed at production increase and optimisation;
- New programme implementation;
- Masterplan.

- Masterplan.
2.Define
Develop & Validate

- Programme inception and implementation;
- Inter-disciplinary interface between the departments responsible for approvals and project disciplines (architecture and engineering);
- Construction of space virtual mock-up including machinery and production flow;
- Elaboration of Master Programme of works including costs and building approvals.

3.Build
Produce & Deliver

- Project construction in line with Master Programme ;
- Setting out Project verification measures of Quality Control and works inspection;
- Equipment setting up and commissioning of new areas of production.
- Setting out Project verification measures of Quality Control and works inspection;
- Equipment setting up and commissioning of new areas of production.
- Reduction of initial costs at the inception phase;
- Increase of Project control by the stakeholder by the reduction of process risk;
- Anticipate, detect and update possible Inception and Construction problems that if latter found could be complicated or impossible to resolve;
- Process phasing reduction, allowing therefore, to anticipate the commissioning phase and the start of production of a new programme.
Conclusion: In the implementation of a new programme, it must be considered as ´frozen´ all time and cost resources.
